You can either search from existing contacts


or create a new contact and a contact form will appear.

You can search for an object (by title, creator or accession number)

You can add the following information to the usage details form: License Type, Format, Usage, Usage Tags, Distribution Location, License Duration, License Restrictions, Restriction Detail.

4. Add Pricing


You can add the following costs to the Pricing form: Access Fee, Usage Fee, Digitization Fee, Rush Fee and/or Royalty.
